My turbonetics kit should be here any day and I got Denso Ik24s to go with the whole upgrade. My question is do you think it can potential damage anything by installing the new plugs before the turbo is actually installed? Ive heard about running too cold and misfiring.... what do you guys think?

you should be fine. Just make sure the plugs are gapped properly before installing, or you will get misfiring issues.

 

Just wait. Plugs are probably the easiest thing to install... Do it last.
