Default Power Steering Fluid Flush

So I went to the dealership today to get my 45,000 mile oil change. The guy suggested i get a Power Steering Fluid Flush because it was getting "dirty" in there. Is this really something that should be done?

It seems there is a flush for everything... and i do recall seeing a special (about Jiffy Lube) where they suggest these flushes and other things and dont actually do the work.

Why don't you check your power steering fluid and see if it looks dirty?
