Is this practical?
So I have my Tanabe axelback and I'm looking into investing into a MR header. Since I don't want it sounding like butt, I want to get a resonator to put on my stock midpipe. Would this be a good idea, or should I get another midpipe as well as a header and resonator?
Thatll work but I suggest you buy the ZPI midpipe, two big resonators, and a high flow cat (if it fits) and have that put together. You should have a nice clean sound but it might still be a bit loud. Not raspy though. This is what I plan to do. Right now my stock midpipe has two resonators and no cat but i havent tested this exhaust with a header yet so when I get one I'll let you know how that worked out. I think the other option would help sound a littler better than this though.
I would do that if I got a new midpipe. I guess that my question should be, would it me less raspy with a stock midpipe with resonators and s-pipe or with wider exhaust components with resonators.
