Default Precision Muffler

hey guys whats up?

I'm thinking about gettting a new exhaust system. I'm not sure what exactly I want, but I know I don't want it sounding like a ricer fart can. I want something deep but not too loud. I found this one online, and I've done a few searchs for reviews and can't really find anything.

heres the link to the site, any feed back is welcome, thanks guys

I have the PM Axle Back and love it!! If you want something REALLY deep, then the PM Exhaust isn't for you. The best way to describe the Axle Back is that it 'purrs'. It's beefier than stock. A couple of pics for you...

Gabe does great work! For the price, there is no other exhaust that is better IMHO.

I have the precision muffler axle back exhaust on my car. When it came to my house i was surprised that it said Magnaflow on the muffler, even better imo.

I love the sound of it, it has a nice deep tone mine has very small amount of raspiness at certain rpms probly cause i have a header though. Good luck hope this helps.

Also. They have excellent cust. service.

thanks for the feedback

i watched the video on their site and it sounds great, but then again it is playing on my laptop. A friend of mind has a Borla exhaust on her tC and it sounds really good.

Will the guys at Precision muffler be able to ship their producT? I'm sure thats a stupid question, but i'm sure I can figure out how to install it myself, no sense is paying someone.

AND..(yes, theres more!) i'm debating on whether or not to get the S/C too, still researching, this site has helped a ton. Everyone seems to think its a waste of money, but I want a little boost and the comfort of having the warranty is nice.

BUT after reading all the horror stories, i'm scared sh!tless that i'll end up paying out the a$$ for repairs.

AND..(omg enough already! haha) will the precision muffler sound a little or a lot different in the event that i DO install a S/C.

thanks guys, i know im a pain but this **** ain't cheap. appreciated!

How you doing, just found your topic. Our exhaust systems were designed and made before the header or SC were out for the tC. If you are worried about rasp, we offer a 7inch round muffler that is even quieter for the tC and DOES NOT COST EXTRA! Its just a bigger muffler design to absorb the sound and its still a straight through design. Have you seen your stock muffler?

Let me know when you are ready to purchase.

How much HP does precision muffller add? I'm debating between precision muffler and greddy sp2. I know sp2 adds 6hp, what about PM?
