I am getting pretty much all of my full exhaust monday.. and the dude says before buying my header i need a tuner programmer thing to balance air flow and fuel? i looked on ebay and didnt find much.. any suggestions? Brands? Links? Thanks

Nonsense. The tC learns. You need nothing... except MAYBE a CEL Eliminator of some sort for the header. But you can find a bit more info on that elsewhere.

Yeah the tC does learn, however it will still try to maintain the stock A/F which is more for emissions than power. A tuner will be beneficial. Dezod has a Hondata-style piggyback unit near completion that will even allow for advancing the timing. I'm waiting for this unit, you can follow the progress in the Forced Induction section.

In the meantime get the header if you want it, just be prepared for a little rasp.

Ya, you could use something like a Unichip (or Dezod's unit) to get a BETTER tune and maybe squeak out a bit more power, but it's not necessary as the car will run fine without it and still make more power.
