Default question please!!

I just recently installed the AW header...

Now my car is pretty much stock, I only got K&N CAI and the AW header no exhaust yet...

So i try out the car, and it feels like I LOST so much power, like the pulls! between 2 to 3 gear. And i find myself switching gear on higher rpm!! why? Is it like this? It's like the car is having tough time to pull...

and also since my CEL is on.. I want to know is anti fouler for AW safe? I dont want to mess up my 02sim or something like that. And how do i know it's mess up??

What's the REAL best way to get rid of CEL, i read about it and sometimes the antifouler dont work!!

Antifoulers seem the best documented route, everyone who does that and gets a cel seems to have screwed there O2 up somehow.

All the antifouler does is not allow the o2 sensor access to the actual header, but allow it to get hot, so it's sucking fresh hot air.

As far as I know, that is.

I had to reset everything again... I took off the battery for atleast 20-30min(had to eat was hungry)

I came back turn the car on.. sounded kinda fishy... i started hearing the rasp! then i noticed the CEL was G O N E... for some reason... maybe it'll come back? ionno that's for me to find out. so i drove around with my friend a few block and tried enterin the freeway. The car feels okay now. I feel a bit difference now or maybe alot who knows.. but it's great! i come back home and the CEL hasnt come on. Tho i did smell burnt wd40 or something.. according to my friend "it smells sweet... like a cake LOL"
