So i live in an area with way too many Po-po's and I don't want to attract any unnecessary attention, not to mention i've kinda gotten over being loud anyways, so i was wondering which exhaust set-up would get a decent performance gain over stock while being just as quiet or nearly as quiet as stock.

 

look into magna flow or ark dts.. otherwise just add a resonator on any catback and it should shut up.. and oh no cat will get you any decent performance gain, not in our cars

I have the magna flow cat back, and it was really quiet when i only had an Intake, but once i added the header it became a little louder...

but now since im boosted its SUPER quiet.... almost STOCK tc quiet lol

 

My Greddy SP2 is practically stock sounding. Add a custom 2.5" midpipe and it's still as quiet as stock.

After visiting PTuning.com I was thinking about getting their exhaust, looks very high quality and does not have a stupid giant canister/muffler at then end of it

 

Dont think that is going to be too quiet, it is 3" which really instant necessary if you are not turbod

 

megan oers deffently- has a deeper tone than the stock thats about it. not sure if u add headers though

 

ahha unless you are boosted, that exhaust system is fail on your car.

^ but you would lose major back pressure. that's no good. 3" piping is too big for a n/a tC... if ur gonna boost do it then get the exhaust.

 

Yes I do plan on getting the TRD supercharger with the NST 9.5 psi pulley and with other mods im shooting for 230 to 240 reliable horsepower. Do you think that's enough power for the 3 inch piping of the PTuning exhaust or is that particular exhaust only for 300hp turbo beasts?
