Default recommend me some decent rotors/pads on the cheap

so i may have to replace front rotors because i bought cheap rotors and i think they may be warped. also, i replaced my pads before i replaced my rotors, so that might be part of my problem

i'm willing to just start over and get new stuff for the front

axxis ultimate pads look nice, decent price for performance. hawk pads are a little pricey

i have no idea what to look for in rotors. my rears are vented slotted drilled, they work well. i have the same for the front, but they are not working so well. i have a thread about squealing on this forum also

ideas?

so far this is the cheapest place I have found to buy brakes........

http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/ca...rake_pads.html

they seem to have narrowed the stock they have now though to only 18 items form like 40 last month.

http://rotorpros.net/index.htm. That's where I picked up my "Dimpled and Slotted" rotors.
If Rich is still there, he's a great guy! He gave me an AWESOME price on these! I also picked up some
Axxis Ultimate pads (a tad on the dusty side but great bite!) and installed them when we installed
the new rotors. Difference is night and day over OEM set up. All told, I paid a little under $330 for 4
rotors and pads.

I installed slotted rotors from rotorpros last year too, as well as some stainless lines and posiquiet ceramic pads...no squeal, low dust, no more spongy brake pedal, and the car stops great

Thanks bro. I was going to add SS brake lines as well but my tC is a DD. I did the rotors mostly
for looks but they actually do have function.
