i was just wondering if it really matters what resonator to use to remove my rasp problem. i have another thread posted with my creative compacts catback.

im just wanting to remove the rasp that occurs for the first 10min before the cat warms up. dont really want to quiet it down much. i know that i want a straight through design. is the magnaflow resonator really all that special or can i get away with a cheaper one?

I just went to a local muffler shop and told them I wanted to get a straight through resonator that would quiet the exhaust but, you know, not suppress any air flow. They put on some no name 15 inch resonator and it really helped to suppress the in cabin noise.
