I know guys - everybody and their mother is sick of hearing about rasp and resonators BUT I have a few questions:

What is the minium size resonator, for the tC, that is needed to get rid of header rasp? Is 20inch enough or is two 15inch'ers needed?

Also - does anybody know either which headers to stay away from due to rasp and/or bad construction? Or one the other hand can anybody say "get this header because its the best and I would only get this one kind" ....

My thoughts:
I have a 20inch resonator and I dont know if its going to be enough. I do not want rasp! I think many people feel like this. Also - after getting the header and then getting it coated - its going to be a $500 header so I want to make sure im doing the right thing the first time. Thanks for your help.

get 2 15 inchers..

im currently using a magnaflow 15" paired with the one already on my tsudo midpipe and there's rasp only when the car is cold. i'm thinking of replacing the tsudo resonator for another magnaflow though.

 

I just got a second resonator today - i now have one 18 and one 12 - 30inches total seems like its the magic number for a nice sound.
