your AW header will toss CEL
1.)o2 simulator from RacingSolution
2.)anti-fouler from RacingSolution
3.) if neither of those work, you will have to relocate the sensor behind the cat, but im sure you wont go that far

If you're weak and don't have the proper tools, then yes.

FYI...The ZPI S-pipe has a relocated bung for the 02 sensor. It places the sensor further away, therefore if you get a header and mate it with the ZPI S-pipe, I believe this will thwart off the CEL.

the s-pipe was very easy to remove, but maybe a bit annoying to put in cause of the spring loaded bolts. I recommend taking it off with the o2 sensor still attached. You can reach up and unplug the sensor from the car and then work at taking the sensor off the s-pipe on a bench/floor. And the s-pipe alone shouldn't change the sound much, if any. What WILL, is changing out your midpipe (the one with the second cat and oem resonator). If you change that pipe, be sure to get a giHUGEant resonator for that son_____

^^ antifouler worked for me. I have since put about 6-700 miles on the car without a CEL (Knocks on the nearest piece of artificial wood)
