hey sup guys i just put my DME header and Invidia S-Pipe in the other day and i must say the gains are great. i was thinking about doing the rest of my exhaust, well atleast the Mid-Pipe. However i dunno if its really worth it or not. i hear from some people that on our car it doesn't really matter so much and wont gain me any real hp over what i have already done. i hear others say it helps but that the exhaust smells really bad and what not.

so i dunno what to believe. if some people that have upgraded from a header and s-pipe setup to a full exhaust setup could chime and and let me know what the deal is that would be awesome.

also if i do go with a Mid-Pipe what should i get a 2.25" or 2.5" ? im sticking to N/A but i don't wanna loose any power by the lack of back pressure from going to big.

honestly, if you going N/A, just try to get the setup that sounds the best, b/c perfermance wise, N/A is N/A. aka slow as hell no matter what.

 

^^very true, I went for a whole new exhaust set up starting with a strup header, megan s-pipe, megan mid-pipe, injen axl back. I ditched the header becouse of the sound but keeped the rest and dyno'd @ 144hp and 151ftlb. I also had an injen cai. imho dont get an exhaust for power get it for sound.

 

get the skunk2 catback + vibrant catalytic converter ... the cat will get rid of any smell and clean up the sound
