If anything i would rather get a SC rather than a turbo. But make sure the shop that does it for you do it right no you don't get an oil leak.

Turbo All the Way! S/C are still pimp but I'm a engineer at heart. Just love efficiency....Did my own turbo fabrication, the only oil leak that caused me to spin a rod was when the oil supply line brass fitting broke (after a year and half)...even a shop couldnt of prevented that one.

well i prefer SC because they are more reliable. And plus if you live in a state that has smog. SC is the way to go since trd is smog legal, and if comptech makes one for our car that would be good cause theirs are smog legal too. i know you'd get more power with a turbo and have the cool blow off. but sc are a lot easier to maintain and install to me anyways.

imo, there will be no warranty safe turbo(s) anytime soon and the trd sc is also probably not gonna make production in the near future. sry, but sponsors are gonna have to set the market.
