So I'm getting like 9-11 mpg...
Hey Guys so I got an 07 and A tank of gas lasts me like 120 miles.
I drive normally half city and half highway constantly 50mph in the city and 70mph in the highway.
There's no rough idling nor shaking unless the A/C is on. Idles at 600-800 on Drive
No Check Engine Light. No Codes. The car runs smooth
I've changed the spark plugs in January and the Valve cover gasket in March.
I've also been adding fuel cleaners but there's no difference.
Anyone know what it can be?
Something internal? Dirty injectors? O2 sensors?
Please help! My dad's F-150 gets better mpgs than me 🥴🥴🥴🥴🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Have you checked the PCV valve to make sure it's still rattling? A stuck open PCV valve might allow liquid oil to gunk up your intake manifold and or your throttle body. Might also be a good idea to check the PCV hose for blockage. I'd also inspect the air filter.
I've never had much luck with fuel additives. Pump gas has enough detergents to keep most daily drivers clean. 50 mph and 70 mph are normal, so long as you're not racing to those speeds.
It's not unusual for older tCs to idle low in drive with the AC running. My tC is manual but I have an automatic Camry that I shift into neutral at stop intervals. The gas mileage is normal. Just my guess, your low idle is not the low gas mileage culprit.
As for cleaning the throttle body, I'd probably do it before I'd mess with the fuel injectors and or oxygen sensors, particularly since they're not throwing CELs. That said, you're correct that a dirty throttle body might run rough so it's your call whether you clean it. Good luck with the fix.
