Question So what should i do?

My set up now consists of dc sports header, stock s-pipe, Tsudo midpipe and a trd exhaust...The sound its producing right now is so disgusting that i dont want to drive my car lol, fullll of rasp and a small rattle coming from the heat shield. Yesterday I installed the midpipe before that i loved the way it sounded.

So now should i install the stock headers to get rid of the raspy S**t sound or...put the stock midpipe back on and keep the header.

It does feel a bit more responsive now and id hate to go backwards but i really cant stand this set up.

any help or input would be awesome thanks guys.

not by much if at all. headers themselves don't add massive hp or anything.

Don't get rid of your header. Try resonator. You might need 1, or maybe 2. Here:http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HSH-12518400/
You can just go to your local muffler shop, and tell em you want to have a resonator welded on your mid pipe. Before you do, make sure what is the sizing (inlet and outlet) of your mid-pipe. I think tsudo is 2.5". Hope this helps!

true, so you feel stock headers, stock s-pipe with a tsudo mid and trd exhaust would be just as good as dc headers stock s-spipe, stock mid and trd

I doubt anyone can feel a 5 hp loss on a 4 banger. You might feel a loss in acceleration while hitting higher revs but its negligible. Its not like your taking out a turbo and going back to stock.

You will not feel a big difference. IF you do it'll be all in your head.

by taking off the stock midpipe, your taking out the second cat as well as the resanator, yea tsudo has one on there midpipe, but it doesnt works good, now that u have the dc sports header along with a aftermarket midpipe, its goona be loud and raspy cause theres nothing to cancel out the sound waves...i honeslty would take off the header, unless you hit redline everyday and or race the car, thats where the little gain will be fine,i wouldnt mess or cut the midpipe,if it was a custom setup thats different, but ditch the header...

I'm seriously a great driver very aware of whats going and always have my eyes open for people and such that can get in my way... I have a clean record for the past 4 years. I may floor it a lot but its in no way recklessly executed, I value my safety and the safety of others.

I will be reinstalling my stock headers and fixing the heat bolt rubbing on the midpipe and all should be sounding nice! thanks everyone that had helpful input.

I never put that back on so its not that but others seem to have that heat shield problem ill just fix that when i have the car up on a lift during the header swap
