I was wondering how many miles on the TC's till you have to change your OEM spark plugs. Ive done 43k so far. I know with my 3000gt and my Mirage it made a huge difference after only about 20k of driving. I dont know if the TC's are different. Plz let me know, im going to advanced in a minute to get a thermostat and some oil and might get plugs if its needed. THANKS
meh if you wanna spend the extra cash then go ahead, they probably won't be that bad. if it me i would wait till 50k. i think the manual recommends something like 70k (just guessing).
The manual recommends over 100K (120k I think.. but double check that). I would feel comfortable going 80k or more on them, especially if it running well. Iridiums are made to last a very long time.

yes stock are denso iridiums
I just replaced mine at 36,000 miles and the old ones looked pretty worn out, tips were white. By the way my engine was stock at the time, so no aftermarket to blame for the spark plugs looking that way.

Well thanks guys. Ill probably change mine at 50k just for the crap of it. LOL. Because 50 sounds important.
Any suggestions what I should get when I do purchase.

Why did he not use the denso? We did install them! Well ..the car's idle wasn't as quiet, power was rough, took more cranks to start the car. Put a new set of NGK in and instant smooth idle, quiet, etc. The denso were checked for gap and noticed that the side electrode wasn't lined up perfectly with the center electrode! Not a good mark for their "quality". I figure that one of them was probably misfiring, but it was better just to go back to NGK. I've always had good luck with NGK, so when the time comes for mine, NGK is going in after I saw what happened with my friend's tC!
You can tell what my answer for you will be. NGK IFR6T11 part no 4589.
