Spark Plugs?

Spark Plugs?
Today, I got new OEM spark plugs (Denso SK20 R11) from the dealer. I wanted to play safe so I went with that route. I kept seeing different posts about gapping and I wasn't 100% sure. So I went onto Denso's site and saw they wanted .44 inches of gap on their plugs. So I did the gapping with basic gapping tool...did it accurate as possible. When I unscrewed the engine cover saw "No Gap Required" next to "Iridum Only."
My question is; is it okay to still use them or should I scrap them and get new ones or should I get something better?
Thanks!

knowing that the 1st gen xB doesn't come with iridiums stock... i'm going to say the car in question is a tC
use iridium, and no gapping is necessary... it should already be properly gapped.
