Default Spotting on my header???

Alright guys so last month I installed the Megan header on my tC and everything was fine for a few weeks. After installing, I cleaned the fingerprints off by wiping the headers with a rag and I think I used some windex or something. I turned on the car and the header got a gold tint to it, which was expected obviously due to the heat. Days later, the bent part of the tubes were turning blue, again, expected because of heat. Now spots are starting to form. I won't have a pic til later because my camera is dead but the spots are almost like a greyish color and the pattern almost reminds me of like tiger stripes or something.

So any idea on how I can get this off?? Or is it burnt into the headers? It's ugly in my opinion and I like showing off my car and I would really like for the spotting to go away. Oh yeah I've tried stainless steel polish and it didn't work.

Or you could paint your header like I did!
