Default Squealing when pressing clutch in?

I'm getting this sound coming from outside the car when I press the clutch in. It sounds like a squeaky belt. It will keep squealing until I let off the clutch. I think I know what it is, but I'm hoping for something less expensive to try first. Maybe clutch fluid replacement or transmission fluid replacement, or am I just SOL?

When we started having issues when clutch #1 was failing, we took it in to have the manual trans fluid changed. When we picked it up the mechanic asked us if we were having clutch problems, because he said no one ever touches the trans fluid unless they are. Well, it didn't help and the clutch got replaced. Just a story on trans fluid. Anyway...

Clutch plates not disengaging completely? With the clutch fully depressed while in first gear does the car creep ahead at all?

My guess is the throw out bearing, which is spinning under load when the clutch pedal pressed.
