Default Stuck: Antifouler and CEL Eliminator dont work

Hey guys...I have installed the Antifoulers on my tC with the alpha header and it was not worked. I could drive about 12 miles and the CEL would come on again. So I ordered the CEL eliminator from MMW. I installed that today, drove 15 miles and it still came on.

I am at a complete loss on what to do and how to fix this...I dont even think I can return the eliminator...

Injen CAI>AW Header>Invidia S-Pipe, Custom Mid Pipe. TRD axle back if anyone was wondering...

I really do not know what to do to make it go away.

OBDII scanned Code: PO136

How did you clear the CEL?

I would do 2 things. then a 3rd if that doesn't do it!

1. Go to the Autozone or Pepboys and get a new o2 sensor. Swap them out and reset the ECU again. If that doesn't work, return the o2 sensor.

2. I have read on here a bunch of time that you can take some of the catalyst out of the stock header and wedge it in between the antifouler and the 02 senseo and it will trick the sensor into thinking that there is still the cat in the header.

3. Otherwise, if both of the above don't work, you may have to go to an exhaust shop and have them weld a new o2 bung past the second cat to have it read that there is a cat in the system. This is the most work of the above fixes

Did you check the codes with the OBDII scanner? You probably have a damaged 02 sensor.

Yeah...the scanner read PO136 which is a circuit malfuntion in the O2...meaning bad o2?

Common misconception unless you just threw the sensor around lake a baseball or just dropped it, o2sensors don't break that easily. You can actually throw a ton of codes just by messing around with a o2sensor, meaning I thew one just like the code you mentioned and it doesn't necessarily mean a bad sensor. It just means the sensor values going back to the computer are out of range cause different codes. The anti-foulers may make the computer think you have a bad 02 sensor when you don't. Newer cars have CAN scan OBDII which communicates a lot faster than standard OBDII cars. This technology started coming out more in 2005. CAN scan stands for Controller Area Network and the car will have several computer controlling less things then one computer controlling almost everything. My car would not take a simulator or anti fouler to fix the cel, I had to relocate the secondary sensor behind my cat.
