Default Stuck spark plugs

Im going back to stock and i was at the point of taking the plugs out i tried taking them out with a t handle tool tried twisting them and they just wont budge. Now that im remembering the guy who put different plugs in at the tuner's didnt put anti seize on them. Any ideas on how to get them out safely and what tools?

T handle tool? Use a ratchet with the proper socket. They'll still be a pain, but it will work much better.
