I have the trd axle-back exhaust and I was really planning on a cat-back system but when i got it there weren't any out for the tC. So i was wondering my friend said i could take out the restrictor in the exhaust and put in a straight pipe for a lil more performance gain. (maybe 4-5hp) But the thing is I don't want my car to sound like ricey crap. So I was wondering if anyone has done this or if they know whether it will sound decent or not.
