Tanabe Concept G is the canister style exhaust that is loud, but not too loud. I have to Tanabe exhaust and I love it. You can hold conversations in your car with people and not have the feeling of yelling over your exhaust. Plus, once you get going at a stable speed, the exhaust quiets down. The nice thing about the Tanabe is that there is hardly any drone at constant speed, such as on the freeway. I would definitely recommend the Concept G to you if you want a visibly aftermarket exhaust, but want the refined noise levels.

The Tanabe concept G is a really good choice. I installed mine a week ago and it is obviously a quality product. I love the way the tC sounds now, agressive but not retarded and it is manufactured for a maximum sound output of 93db which should help you avoid encounters with Johnny Law. Its never loud enough to become irritating or a bother, but you will definitely appreciate the low even tone.

The fitment was exellent, no propblems with installation and the exhaust note is awesome, a low deep rumble, that never gets out of hand and with no raspiness or wierd pops. It fits perfectly in the cut out and looks awesome. the tip hangs out just a bit from the bumper and a at a slight angle. I was never a fan of the whole " angle out" thing and i love this, its tastefully done and doesnt scream arrest me. So far i havent noticed any cracks o discoloration of the bumper from heat so it wont have those problems either.
I got compliments on it later that week. Clearly a well built product.Oh, and it weighs about half of the stock monstrosity you will be removing.
