Default Tanabe Concept G Exhaust

Hello,

I was wondering how quiet is this exhaust compare to the trd exhaust.
Also, does the this exhaust hang low enough to hit on seed bumps.

i could be way off here, but there arent too many exhausts that are much quieter than the TRD (is a deep/low rumble)...the first one taht comes to mind would be the Greddy SP2. from what i've heard/read the tanabe is a little bit on the loud side with the silencer removed.

the tanabe doesnt have a silencer, and it is pretty quiet.

the TRD imho is hte best sounding exhaust for the tC so you might as well get that.

I had my mind set on the Tanabe also, but once I put on my DC Sports exhaust, it was like sex to my ears! It fits perfect to, so if you wanna drop the car real low you should not have clearance problems!IMO!

I had tanabe concept g and changed to trd because it was little loud to me (personal preference). But overall, tanabe is a very quiet exhaust for tc and sound a lot deeper and better than trd.

i love ths exhaust.....nice deep tone throughout the rpm band.....i havea turbo, and honestly, its not that loud cause the turbo drowns out the sound of the exhaust, lol.....but this exaust is very clean....there are clearence issues with any axleback if you drop yor car anyway...so it would all be about personal preference.....

Part# DC-SCS6403. I noticed not to many people have this exhaust on their tc, which is cool, cause I like to be different! It's not to loud, just nice and deep with no rasp! Plus it fits like OEM style so it does not hang low. I'm very happy with it!

Here is a couple samples of my Concept G Exhaust...its really not that loud compared to other exhausts on the market, and as stated before there is no need for a silencer because it has been designed to stay under 93db. i was debating for like 3 weeks and finally decided on this exhaust it sounds amazing when idling and while cruising IMO! Enjoy!

p.s. make sure you have a lot of bass on your speakers in order to fully hear the exhaust!

ive had one for like 6 months now... ****** sikk exhaust, imho.. had it for a while WITHOUT an intake.. sounded nice n clean... not too loud.. a little bit more sporty sounding than the TRD...

then got a AEM CAI... sounds a bit throatier after adding a CAI... excellent exhaust..

EASY installation... did it in 10 min. and it's SUPER LIGHT compared w the stock..

The Tanabe has a deeper tone and during idle I can barely hear it. I am dropped with TRD springs and I never have clearence issues.
