 Dang that was some serious smoke rollin out

Well i would guess, you would get on level ground, rev ur engine to about 3500 rpm or higher, and hold the clutch in while your doing this, and then get it into first, then drop the clutch and i would guess you would start to burn rubber.

But it sounds really hard on the engine, so i guess you could sort of feather it and release the clutch a little slower.

But this is only a guess i am not sure, so dont go trying it.

damn that was a nice burnout

LucidBD 06-05-2005 05:54 AM

eh...seen better with water and that guy spraying more water its easy

coppermine18 06-05-2005 08:21 AM

I have one without water, but freakin' gary who recorded it left the damn tape @ his house 40 mins away and he stays here @ out friends house and never gets it for me.

I don't do it often.

The car can burnout perfectly fine without water thought in place. If you don't do it properly and time the drop right you will drag your rear wheels.

bluebb05 06-06-2005 07:22 PM

nice man but yea that did sound hard on the engine!!!!

jOhNL45b 06-06-2005 07:40 PM

Thats sweet man... is it possible in an auto?

just hold your e-brake up and accelerate (in 1st gear). the back wheels will lock up while your front tires spin... and just keep goin!!!

Diluvium 06-07-2005 12:45 AM

i cant believe some of you guys dont know how to burn out....

its not safe without water, if you do it dry, youll loose your tire tread

utatc7218 06-07-2005 01:50 AM

I wont be impressed until you can do that without water and without the ebrake... then I'll give you props. That burnout wasn't worth the rubber you wasted.

mikek6789 06-07-2005 02:21 AM

without ebrake?!?!??! HOW IS TAHT POSSIBLE??? DO YOU NEED NOS OR SOMETHING???

utatc7218 06-07-2005 02:59 AM

no just more hp

Well yeah, no doubt. It is fun none the less though. I also wanted to get those damn tires worn out I'm gettin' 225s instead of the 215s it has.

sheep 06-08-2005 07:29 PM

Looks like fun but not worth the wear on the engine imho. I'd rather just race personally.

But nice clip nonetheless.

ack154 06-08-2005 08:12 PM

I would never do that to my baby... she'd be so upset.

TheScionicMan 06-08-2005 08:25 PM

Sheesh, kids these days...

If you really want a smoke show, hand the guy with the hose a spray bottle with some bleach in it and squirt that in there too. Back in the day, they'd hook up a windshield washer nozzle to spray the bleach and H2O down onto the tires. Good stuff!!!
