Well i would guess, you would get on level ground, rev ur engine to about 3500 rpm or higher, and hold the clutch in while your doing this, and then get it into first, then drop the clutch and i would guess you would start to burn rubber.
But it sounds really hard on the engine, so i guess you could sort of feather it and release the clutch a little slower.
But this is only a guess i am not sure, so dont go trying it.

I have one without water, but freakin' gary who recorded it left the damn tape @ his house 40 mins away and he stays here @ out friends house and never gets it for me.
I don't do it often.
The car can burnout perfectly fine without water thought in place. If you don't do it properly and time the drop right you will drag your rear wheels.

Sheesh, kids these days...
If you really want a smoke show, hand the guy with the hose a spray bottle with some bleach in it and squirt that in there too. Back in the day, they'd hook up a windshield washer nozzle to spray the bleach and H2O down onto the tires. Good stuff!!!
