get full exhaust now from the header back there are tons of full exhausts out there some with s pipes some without, zpi make sa full exhaust (you can ask to havea cat welded on with resonator when you order) and then add their s pipe, you can get an axle back zpi midpipe and zpi spipe and you got full exhaust (ones again if you care about emmissions ask to havea cat welded on, zpi will do this for you if you ask when you order) draxas exhaust comes s pipe a highflow cat and a resonator for 700 (decent price for all that) creative compatcs is another and with themyou get to pick what your exhaust is the muffler the cat the resonator all your pick, there is also the dezod exhaust and a few others. Personally i think the best bang for the would be the megan exhaust its everything from the after the spipe back and only 300 however no cat and only a small resonator (there is clips and pics of this exhaust search for megan exhaust). And if you want to pas emmisions with that exhaust go to a shop and weld it a highflow cat.

For you the best option seems to be a zpi midpipe with their spipe to make your axle back into a full exhaust. However the trd, i believe, is crush bent and a smaller diameter, might want to sell it and get something diff.

As for the midpipe, your probably better off doing a custom job at your local shop. Im not putting down zpi in any way, theyre great for the scion community, but your probably gonna need a resonator with the alphawerks and the TRD combo (or any header), the zpi midpipe doesnt have a cat or resonator, so it may be better to go that route. Unless you dont mind fronting the $, afterall it is a nice stainless mandrel bent pipe...thats it.
