tC's with headers dealing with rasp

I know almost everyone here that has added headers to their car has been having serious rasp problems....me myself. my setup is injen CAI/greddy evo2/ alphawerks. and i get rasp around 3-4k rpms. just wanted everyones options and solutions on how to handle it and what solutions we can make to fix this.

#1 Best Option - Choose your exhaust wisely ( So far heared great from Precision Muffler and pretty dang good from HKS
#2 Best Option - RESONATORS added... magnaflow makes some 12 inch or 16 inch that can help a lot... a few have had some good success with them....
