Anyone happen to know the size of the piping on the TRD Axel back Exhuast....i wanna get the most power out of the car so i want to add headers(Alphawerks but i cant seem to find them anymore) and s-pipe(ZPI) and since i got the TRD Axel back i wanna change the midpipe so i get more HP out of it

i think itd be kinda dumb to get headers and s-pipe and leave the midpipe the same(wouldnt it be more restrictive with stock midpipe?)

my friend was suggesting just get a brand new exhasut system and sell my TRD exhaust...but i dunno that sounds a lil more expensive to me... what do u guys think.

also im also scared of the sound that its gonna make ...anyone have a clip of what it would sound like? i got an Injen CAI also.

 

Ive found the only way to get the sound you want is to buy parts and try it. Its an expensive thing to do but thats why you just save up for it. On my old 3000GT I had to spend $1700 before I found what I wanted...but it was well worth it...to this day I think that was the best sounding car I have ever heard.

 

i have the TRD axle back and injen CAI as well. it sounds AMAZING. I already ordered the alphawerks headers and soon the zpi s and mid pipe. the TRD pipe is 3'. you can get the alphawerks headers on killertc.com. hopefully that helps you out.

 

There is no way the TRD piping it 3".... 2.5" tops I'd say. 3" would be..... GINORMOUS!

The exhaust does sound amazing though. just be prepared for some rasp after you get the header, s-pipe, and mid-pipe. Get a good resonator installed on the midpipe and oooooooh baby.....that'll sound sick!
