No, that was with stock header. With a header it would have sounded horrible. If you plan on getting a header get the Tanabe medallion touring exhaust. No rasp. And you wont need to weld resonators on to your midpipe either.

 

No, I don't plan on doing a header, I've heard mixed thing about them, I know more people who have switched back to stock then who keep the header mostly because they like the anit-honda sound. So that's just a mid pipe, s pipe, and the TRD Axel back then?!

Neways, I had me a Tanabe Hyper Medallion on mines. Sounded a lot like the Tanabe Concept G exhaust on the Tc's, but deeper and quieter, and besides the BOV PPSSSHHHH-ing every now and then. Man I miss that. But yea, I say if you dont want the rasp, just get a resonator welded on the mid-pipe and you will be set. My theory is, "If you dont do it right the first time, then dont do it at all." Unless, you want the Honda sound. <---- LOL.

 

I have the megan midpipe and trd axle back. Love the way it sounds. Real deep no rasp. I don't have an s-pipe and I think mine is a little quieter than the one in the video.

 

lol, sorry k00mk1ng, but alot of the kids around town are in highschool and get Honda's because they're cheaper and parents probably say, "hey they're reliable" and for whatever reason they need to go find the 30 dollar muffler aka fart can, and throw it on.. lmao.. and on top of it they have to rev it all over the place.. haha sorry man. qomka, if yours alot quiter?

 

I have the TRD axle back and the DC 4 to1 header. Man when I started it up in the garage it sounded like a rice rocket. Did some research and ended up putting on an 18 inch glass pack. Took out the rasp and it added some throat to it sounds great. But reading through this I am wondering if I should add the s pipe also any ideas / info.

not to take the thread away from you deez but i was also wondering how will my tc sound if i put megan racing headers, megan s-pipe, hks hi-power exhaust?


and i plan on buying megan mid pipe in the future but for now how will it sound?
