I need some real help from people who had the aw header and s pipe with the trd exhaust.. i've been hearing it sounds like shyt and its very high pitched? would it be better for me to just get the aw header? or aw header and s pipe? im trying to keep the deep trd sound.. also is the s pipe really going to make the car a lot louder combined with the aw header?

 

A larger than stock resonator should eliminate the rasp. I have the AW header, CC s-pipe and stock exhaust with a 30" magnaflow resonator in place of the stock unit and have eliminated the rasp that I had. I will be trying someones TRD exhaust with my setup to see how it sounds. Based on the noise reduction the new resonator added Im pretty sure it will sound similar to a stock car with TRD exhaust...maybe a little deeper.

 

i hope so, cuz i have the dc header and axle back and its definitely civic-ish at higher rpms...
