Default TRD exhaust bouncing around after lowering!

I need help! My exhaust is bouncing around ever since I put coilovers and lowered it about 1.5"....somewhere around there. When it was first lowered it was not as loud, and I just misplaced it for something loose in the trunk. But now the exhaust is constantly making a banging noise and I think it loosened the exhaust plate above it, cause I hear a lot of vibration. My mechanic recommended to install another hangar, but I was told from a friend to replace the black rubber inserts to the ones with chains in them. Anyone have any ideas, or know where I can get the inserts with the chains in them? THANKS!
