Default TRD Exhaust Install Instructions 07 tC

I have questions like is there a gasket that needs to be replaced when you pull of the stock exhaust and put on the TRD exhaust?

Is it necessary to torque the bolts down to a specific tightness or does it really matter that much on an exhaust?

Do I need to remove the hangers or any other parts besides the actual stock exhaust to get it out?

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to unthread the bolts and re-use the donut gasket already in there. Then use a screwdriver (or tool of your choice) to pry the rubber hangers free from the OEM axleback or the car itself (your choice as well). Then re-install TRD and tighten bolts to the best of your ability by hand with a 12"-15" ratchet/wrench. It's not a difficult job.

Had a friend come over today and we got the exhaust installed. Looks and sounds great. Thanks for the instructions and for the offer to help. Much appreciated.
