I honestly think the TRD shifter looks comical. Its SOO high up. I'm sure its comfortable but after a 2.5" height reduction it just makes the factory height look extremely goofy.

I have TWM stage 2. Eventually you will get some play with the shifter but its ok. I wouldnt mind checking out the TRD quick shifter. Its a different setup. I would have bought it if the shifter height could be changed but it can't.

send an email to Doc iso his stuff is great...

I'm going to confess ! I guess i'm one of the people that didnt send my stock shifter to him just yet, the reason for that is because i'm deployed and while i was on leave my shifter arrived and i didnt get a chance to install it simply because i only had 2 weeks of leave and i was busy with family stuff and trying to tune the car and get it back on the road so i can drive it at least for few days before i have to go back to Iraq.. But i plan to install it when i get back from this -----ing crappy country and will send my stock shifter back to Doc.

Thanks for the feedback on our Scion tC short shifter everyone!

As always, our short shifters for the tC are in stock and ready to ship on a daily basis. For the tC, my personal preference was always the Stage 2, I think the additional height drop provide a great feeling for this car.

Thanks,

Frank
