Default TRIED installing Injen Short Ram on 07

First off, I ordered from Titan Motorsports.. I will never order from them again and I do not recommend them to anyone. I ordered my Injen CAI from them on Thursday and paid $22 for overnight shipping. On Sunday I get a conformation in my email saying that my order was processed. This morning I finally recieve my intake, 6 days after I paid for over night shipping. Also, I ordered the silver piping and they sent me black.

So we start to installl the intake and everything is going great till we get to the mass flow sensor... I doesnt line up and it isnt even close. Not by a hair or anything, it's completely off.. Now, i did order for 05-06 model because they didnt have any made for the 07. I figured it wasnt much different, but obviously this part was.

6 days after ordering and still no intake. The best part is, I have to pay to get this ____ sent back. Arrgghh.. Thing that gets me is I paid that $22 and it came 6 days later, makes my blood boil.. Ok, I'm done venting

So, which short ram for the 07?

You ordered it over a holiday weekend, dude :p What'd you expect?

None of the current intakes will work for an 07. Maybe the umnitza, but I don't know for sure.

Do you have a pic of your engine bay? dont send it back yet, let us see first.

and about Titan motorsports, I've ordered from them as well, they are a good company with good customer service. Like someone said, you ordered over a holiday weekend dooder.. The lesson is to never pay for overnight shipping so close to any weekend.

i've said this in 2 different threads, the MAF sensor is different from the 05-06.
also about titan, they are a good company, you just happened to order at the wrong time.

I highly doubt the 07's are different. If they were, then Injen, AEM, K&N and who ever else is making intakes for the tC will be very ____ed off.

Unfortuantely I dont have any pics of it not fitting. I've already taken it out and put it back in the box.

I guess you guys are right, not to order close to a holiday weekend. But, I didnt think it mattered ordering on a Thursday morning. Hmm, oh well, stuff happens.

If anyone has any suggestions before i send this baby back, let me hear em, thanks.

The 2007 has different intake manifold piping than the 05-06. This was due to new regulations for the emissions rating... the S/C also, unfortunately, would not fit onto the 07 models.

um wasn't there an issue with ALL tC's and the Injen SRI? I heard a lot of complaints that people had to pretty much jam it into place.

I knew the 07's would suck!! Shouldve got an 06 :D

07 Maf Sensor = No Aftermarket Intake or TURBOKIT!!! will work!

Since all of the turbokits use a custom MAF pipe.
