Default Tsudo 4-2-1 Header installed!! on a Supercharged tC!!

Okay, I got the header and s-pipe installed. Happy about that. BUT, the s-pipe is such a problem. It won't fit with the mid-pipe. I had to force it to align. It was a big fitment issue. Putting the header in was also F-ing difficult. I had to move the transmission lines and the oil line from the supercharger to make the header fit in. I finally got it in, but there was another thing. You can see for yourself...

If I remember correctly, I used a flexible ratchet head.

Something like this:

copy from my other post.

I was careless and I rounded one of corner with cheap wrench , i was trying to take the alternator too. but after loosen the belt tensioner and the big bolt off. There is a little bolt that i have no room to get too.

having a nice set of wrenchs is important

I found another combination wrench in my house. I use the box end side.

i took some pic to help u. This pic is taking after i install the dc header. It was very hard to place the wrench when the stock header was there.

I hammer a pipe to to the wrench. Making sure it is in and won't round corner.

+++

With Someone pushing the pipe to the wrench,

Now u can hammer the wrench .

Yeah it's kinda hard for me to do that cuz the supercharger is in the way. It's a really tight squeeze.

Here are some pics.

Yep. I definitely needed some help because it was my first header install. took me 8 hours to finish. The bung for the o2 sensor won't fit so I am going to request for a different s-pipe.

hey did you run the s-pipe over the axle? its supposed to go over the sub frame and under the axle iirc. maybe thats why it didn't line up.

you can also remove just the shaft of the s/c and the pulley end of it so that it will be a little easier to put that header on

Sorry to hear it took you so long man.....yeah the supercharger makes it a real b!tch!

But the header looks nice and other than the s-pipe problem should be GREAT.

Keep us updated and thanks for the pics!!

that s-pipe problem sucks man. these are the MMW replicas right?? maybe they should have copied it better so there wouldn't be any fitment issues. hope it works out for you or they send you another spipe

He just needs the MMW L Bracket for the s pipe....probably the reason MMW fabricated that anti fouler that way
