Default TSUDO HEADER REVIEW AND TIPS

FEW TIPS
Ok finally put this damn thing on. as far as install, make sure you are able to lift the car upp at least 16-18 inches... its a pain in the **** when its lower to manage everything. also, make sure you wipe it down clean before you start and run the car. when installing connect to the midpipe first, it might seem like the gap between the spipe and header is too big but tighten the nuts equally and it will pull the whole exhaust towards the header closing the gap. Remove the fan because it makes it alot easier. use anti-seize on everything and soak in wd40 before working. Also make sure the car is cooled down.

REVIEW
Deffinetly lose torque bottom end but pulls top end harder. Raspy at mid rpm with stock exhaust but goes away on higher rpms... nice feel though

and as far as o2 sensor placement on spipe, i put a drain pan bolt 18mm in the exsisting hole and drilled a 1/2 inch hole farther up and over to give room for the 2 antifoulers and a new bung to be welded. I actually used an anti-fouler as an 02 bung because im cheap, but it works beautifully. And no CEL woohoo.

Nice write up, I was wondering what was up this header, do the welds on the s-pipe look good? cause from what I hear the ones on the MMW ones crack, just wondering, thanks.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but how did the s-pipe portion fit? Everytime i am under the car, the bracing between the wheels makes it look like it is impossible to install. I can't seem to find any pictures of anyone installing an s-pipe or the tsudo header from underneath. It is confusing, but I really want the tsudo header.

The Spipe look intimidating to get in till you take the old one out and see how much working room you really have to install the new one.

I just install the spipe like 5 minutes ago. It wasnt bad at all. now the header i am having trouble getting it to fit properly with the fan out even. but havent really tried since i went ahead and through the s pipe on so hopefully that will help out cuz for some reason i just cant get it completely flush onto the engine itself there always seems to be i big enough gap that the nut wont take to the threads.
