Default Tsudo Midpipe question

Has anyone ever ran a tsudo midpipe with a stock axleback. Just curious how it would sound, cause I really like how the Trd+tsudo mid sounds.

Id assume it sounds the same. Ive never ran it without the TRD axleback, but I have seen videos with just the midpipe with no axleback at all... and it sounds pretty much the same as with the TRD.

like Jon said, it doesn't change the sound and i know this because i tried it. had a aem cai>stock headers>megan s-pipe>megan midpipe>stock exhaust and didn't notice a change in sound at all from the outside but inside you could slightly hear it abit. also added dc headers after to see how it would sound and it was really raspy lol, as for frizz's comment he probably has an exhaust leak for it to be raspy so either replace the gaskets if you put any or check your bolts from the s-pipe back.

So your telling me that if I purchase a tsudo midpipe I wont have any rasp.

My setup is all stock except for a tsudo axle back. Was just looking to add the midpipe, but am way to worried about rasp and it sounding like crap.

no it shouldn't i also did have a CAI>stock headers> megan s-pipe/midpipe/drift spec at one point and had no rasp, i know tctctc had a tsudo midpipe and tsudo exhaust with a cai. so hit him up if you want a direct 100% answer from someone who had both but from what i remember his wasn't raspy as well.
