Default TWM Stage 2 Short Shifter questions...

Just ordered this (I realize we have a short shifter thread...but this wasn't covered in it, atleast I didn't see it). Is it hard to install? I've done shifter installs on other cars before, so I can't see why it would be. The pics on TWM's installation manual aren't that great, is there anything I should watch out for...or is it pretty straight forward?

thx for the help

umm... pretty straight forward.. i used the install manual that TWM gave and i did it in about 20 minutes from start to finish.

the only thing is a big flathead screwdriver, a hammer, and then some elbow grease... that should do it.

I used a dremel to cut the retaining washer cause that thing was a bits to take off! And the white plastic cap was also hard not to take off, but to put back on. There is a better DIY in the tech section, much better that the TWM instructions.

well, it was supposed to come today. UPS couldn't find my house (which has never happened before...so i'm really not happy), so I have to wait til tomorrow. Unfortunatly, I'm leaving for a weekend trip at noon tomorrow, so I have to wait til Monday to put it in...:-/

Thanks for the props! Send me an e-mail at kthibault@twmperformance.com and I'll see what I can do for decals.
