Looks great. Awsome job. Port matched or more material than usual? Now you can take some mothers polishing compound and a dremel or rotary polishing kit and work on the intake side only. :D

im gonna chime in on this for a sec..
u need to polish the intake and the exhaust sides more the whats showin up the pics... both sides look a little rough.. and it should be smooth like a babys butt...

Wouldn´t you actually want the intake side a little more rough for the fuel and air mix a little bit better, and the exhaust side completly smooth so there is better flow? Thats what I have read the most.

im sure how it being rough would help... ?? the disturbance in air/ in and out the better it would be... all your doing is smoothing out the travel and increasing volume of in and out...i would anything rough would cause un evenness in the air flow.

soros has got it, you definitely want to leave the intake a little rough or you'll get condensation, i.e. droplets of gasoline that will form, it's not good for performance because non atomized fuel doesn't burn properly and you won't get as much hp from each combustion, and potential lower fuel economy. smooth the exhaust side like glass and hit the intake side with dry 80 grit drywall sandpaper

just got a word from my mechanic that the car is done and everything works fine
I will let you guys know tommorow how it drives.
I think that for 400 - 500 miles i won't be abusing it so i will get it tunned by the end of the month

ok so i had a test drive like 5 minutes ago
I couldn't resist not to let it rev up to limit to see the results.
I can't say if there is a difference at low rpm, but at the higher rpm (4000-4500) i noticed some more power.
I will do some more test during this weekand cause i'm quite busy at work so i don't have much to drive around.
Now i have a question for you guys.
Is e-manage blue enought as an EMS?
I'm not expecting to see results such as TCpete cause my Tc is an auto, but i hope to hit 170-175 at the wheels. Wish me luck at the dyno
