Default water injection with header?

I know it would benefit with FI but would a natural car w/o FI ... say ... Intake/Header/Exhaust ... would that person have any benefit from getting some type injection to cool the air? ...or would the gain be so small that it wouldnt be worth it?

it really wouldnt be worth it. the point of water injection is to absorb some of the heat created by compressing air via turbo/supercharger. in N/A applications the air is already at near ambient when it reaches the throttle body. WI wouldnt really lower the temperature all that much.

not necessary in N/A IMO.

You could try asking the Ross at RippModds.com, they use W/I on their vortech kits, they love it. They are fairly close to you, maybe they can get you a custom setup.

adding water injection to a stock motor is like adding an intercooler to a car without a supercharger/turbo. Check out aquamistforums, theres a whole boat load of knowledge on that forum.
