Go with the Injen, better quality and proven performance.

weapon-r's a short ram right? i'd go with a cold air. sounds decent, and it gives one of the most gains out of all the intakes for tCs. still one digit gains, but its the most nonetheless.

It depends if you want short ram or cold air or both. WeaponR for Short Ram and if you want cold air or both - then go Injen

Eh I have the weapon-r, looks sexier and there is a thread of intake dynos on this forum the weapon-r was pretty close, and that is without ram air or a cold air box. plus weapon-r sounds pretty mean.

^^Yes, dynos were close above 4k rpm, the Weapon was within a dyno error of the Injen CAI.

But check the GSC Intake Test dynos or Weapon's own dynos, the Weapon actually LOST hp/tq from stock on the low end.

I kno, that doesnt make sense? maybe its the design, i did feel a low end loss with the intake, felt so slow driving around in the city. But the header seems like it brought back my low-mid.

Yeah, the Injen CAI also dynos a little better numbers than it's short ram version too. It's possible that the closeness of the intake to the MAF creates too much turbulence at the sensor at low rpm on SRI's. But hey, it's only an intake not a turbo, the gains aren't spectacular either way. As long as you're happy with your setup that's all that matters.
