ok guys i dont know what the hell i did. So i went to the track one weekend to test out my new header and torque damper. Everything seemed fine until i drove home. My entire car was shacking when i got to a speed of 65. It wasnt bad but def noticable. This was about 2 and 1/2 months ago. As more time went on and me getting wheel hop and wheel spin it got worse. It is so bad now!!! It starts shaking at about 35 mph and doesnt stop period. It only happens though when i accelerate. My friend thinks i broke an axle and im starting to belive him. Oh also if i acclerate and make a hard right turn its also awful but left turn it doesnt do it. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!

the "shaking" sounds like it might have something to do with the tq dampener. perhaps the colder weather has made it more pronounced. the dampener relays engine vibrations directly through the chassis, so that could be it. take it off and see what happens.
but my guess would be a motor mount. that would also explain the right turn but no left turn thing.
Making a knocking sound on right turns only? Have you checked the boot over the axle. Is it still intact, is it ripped? That's what it sounds like. Knocking sound when turning hard that gets worse and worse. Maybe a new axle or a rebuilt one might be in order. I think it should be under warranty. With the boot damaged you will find your axle will steadily get worse and worse. Grease is getting out and debris and rocks will be getting in. Axles are very strong so it should last you a good few months, but I'd definitely have it checked out.
This is just one suggestion.

what about bumps??? does it make the noise over bumps? do you have a jack? why not jack up underneath the a-arm, and shake the tire wheel both side to side and up and down, if there is any play, or if you feel it pop, then you might have either a bad ball joint, bad tie rod (could be inner or outer or even both) or bad wheel bearing (I think on our cars it is a hub bearing assembly, not sure, I would have to check)... also while you have it jacked up do a visual inspect to see if your cv boot is leaking (you will see a bunch of goop everywhere! (could even get on your wheel causing a balance issue)... be sure to check both sides, but I would start at your left front wheel seeing how you make the noise only when a load is applied on that side (turning right, weight shifts to the left)... hope this helps if the dealer can't figure anything out for ya!

ok guys just got a call from scion and they said i need to replace my driver side axle and my enitre transmission! what the hell. they said my gears are grinding and its also causing vibration. Im getting the axle replaced and i'll deal with the trans later cuz there is no way that my gears are messed up.
yea i would definately get a second opinion take it to another dealer and have them look at it.. if you gears were griniding it would be through out the driving range ie on deceleration whilst in gear, you probably need a new half shaft or cv joint..
