ur not gonna gain much out of NA ur goin from boost to NA ur gonna lose so much ull be lucky to even acheive 190whp and u need a standalone/piggyback, Intake manifold, cams, PNP alot of stuff and by that time ull spend so much money and still wouldnt gain much these cars arent civics that can get so much power out of there engines

Yea, like rosedaleny said you aren't going to get huge numbers from a N/A setup. Also the 3 in straight pipe doesn't sound good, I would say at the largest 2.5" would be best.

3" is useless for NA now anywhere between 2.25/2.5 is perfect. but 3" is a waste only works well with FI.

Yea, if you get up in to the 180s you will defiantly feel it. It just for all of that you could go FI and have like 300hp. I see the appeal of having a N/A car it is just our cars aren't the best for it. Takes a lot of money for gains that aren't that big.

he has another thread where he says hes already boosted and hes "tired" of it so he wants to go NA its retarted, and he also states that hes running lower compression pistons in the other thread aswell, fromw at ive been reading OP seriously doesnt know wat hes talkign bout at all. going from boost to NA is FOR THE LULZ

and with the setup hes talking bout now he will be nowhere close to 180 yet

^^Oh I didn't even pay attention to that! In that case you will feel no difference. Please OP stay boosted, there is absolutely no reason to go N/A if you are already boosted.

i would not take the time to build a motor if i didnt plan on boosting seem.. seems like a bad idea to go N/A . . and if you do reach the 180 whp area . . the car wont sounds very good at all. .

^ now thats not true. i jus think its a waste of money spend SO much more then a turbo to gain so little. 180/190 is very hard to acheive and so much more is needed compared to boost. our cars arent hondas, they can acheive that easily

NA costs just as much as FI for half the power and is only half as streetable. he would need a set of nasty cams and spring kit, 11or 11.5 to 1 pistons, 92mm bore, aggresive port and polish, good valves, intake mani, 2.5" exhaust, stepped tube header, piggy back, no balance shafts, lightweight flywheel, the lightest 4340 rods he can find.
And at this he will still want to add a litte laughing gas.
