first you should be using 2 non foulers anyway and second i would imagine that your 02sensor is bad

That code is for the catalyst monitor sensor, not the main o2 sensor.

I think we should all stop a moment and clarify our words. The is not a main 02 senor and a secondary o2 sensor on THESE cars. The tC's only have ONE o2 and its located in the S-Pipe. The sensor located in the header, that you can see from the top of the car is actually an Air Fuel Sensor. If you go to toyota and try to buy this sensor, and use the wrong terminology, you will get the wrong sensor.

There are obviously only one bank, so ignore that, "Sensor 2" is the actual o2 unit in the S-Pipe. "Sensor 1" would be the air fuel unit in the header.

Your o2 unit is most likely bad, and as was previously stated, you should be using 2 pieces for the antifoulers to work. One screwed into the other and drilled out .

I see you got your code. Looks like a bad O2 sensor, sorry. Certainly explains why your car is running like it is.

The sensor in the header is actually an 02 sensor. It is a wide band o2 sensor. The one sensor in the s-pipe is a standard heated 02 sensor. The code means that you have bad wiring, sensor, or just out of specifications b/c of ie header install. It is a generic 0BDII code.

Quick add on related maybe...help! I have the same thing but my car is bone stock! it only has 60K on it so its out of warranty. I called about a new O2 sensor they said it was like almost $300 at pepboys. I wanted to know if you could use a generic Bosch type O2 sensor and just "splice" th factory connector on to it. Will this work or do I really need to shell out for a "toyota" O2 sensor. My CEL only comes on if the engine is cold after the system warms up it doesnt come back on. Any other thoughts on this
