I have a leak on my header and I need to get a dounut style gasket to seal it. Not sure if the outlet that connects to the s-pipe is 2.25 or is it 2.5?

i tried searching but gave up after page 5....

So, please link me if you got it or let me know if you know for sure what size it is

Surprised to hear about a leak here, did you re-use the stock donut gasket? Torque the spring bolts to 32 ft-lb?

The inside diameter of the DC Sports collector = 2.25", same as stock exhaust manifold. If you really need a new gasket here's a link to Sparks OEM parts. Enter your model year and on the next screen type in "gasket" in the search box. Will cost about $25.
