ummm intake manifold is going to have some problems with a shot that big and you might alos want to get a camcon to retard the timing

i think it was ZPI that was running 125 shot to see how much it can hold and it blew the intake manifold... and then shot the floorpans out when they yelled at the computer and told it to shut up...

u know if this whole zpi thing doesnt work out because im starting to lose hope, i was thinking the all-bolt ons/nitrous setup. all bolt ons for the road and turn on the nitrous at the track.....it is something i would like to know but just a crazy idea maybe only running through my head because of this crap zpi is pulling.

I say dont go with just a shot go with the stuff that sprays constanly till you reach a certain rpm, and shuts off under like 3500 or 4000 rpm

Progressive should handle it just fine.

Don't listen to all the naysayers they'll always be running 15's or worst and aren't really that concerned with going fast anyway otherwise they wouldn't be downing you for trying to get more speed out of your car.

The key with nitrous is to start small and build up. For me that's 75hp on just about any car over 2.0L. If your a novice, then I would do what the kit recommends.

For NX that's 35hp

Learn to read your plugs and always run 91 octane fuel.

Its hard to read your plugs with unleaded fuel but not impossible.

Once you have figured out that 35hp is good, then move up to 50hp, then 75hp.

Once you get there, then you can try a progressive control system.

If you want suggestions email me directly

Been installing nitrous on cars since 1987 and haven't blown anything up and don't plan on it either.

The key is to repect it and not abuse it.

Come on guys lay off the nitrous jokes. There is nothing wrong with nitrous when used properly, and it is the cheapest way to make a car fast. dj4monie has the right idea, learn and progress. A 75 shot should be safe , anything higher the risk increase. You have to take into consideration the TC POS intake manifold.
