Currently I have a TRD exhaust with mid and s-pipe and a header. I know people say that the TRD exhaust is pretty restrictive, so I was considering changing exhausts if it was worth it. I like the way my setup sounds now, but was just considering getting a Tanabe Concept G or Greddy TI-C if its going to squeeze out a few extra horses.

 

As far as hp is concerned there really isnt too much to be gain, maybe a few more but I doubt you would really feel anything.

 

I would just stick with the TRD exhaust. Trust me...the TRD exhaust is full stainless steel compared to Greddy and Tanabe which is not. My Greddy exhaust has been through one winter and is already F'd up. My girls TRD exhaust has been through one winter and worst, her exhaust is still like new. If I had a chance to switch exhausts, I would get TRD or Dezod. However, Greddy does sound better but TRD exhaust and Injen SRI sounds freakin great.

 

^^Well I haven't had any problems with my tanabe, still looks pretty much brand new when I was it and I have had it for 1 1/2 years.

I love my tanabe concept G, and imo it sounds effing sick. its all personal pref. It will give you no benefit but w.e LOL Z

cool i guess ill just stick with the TRD for now. Ive just been listening to a few clips on youtube of the Greddy and Tanabe and i really like it.

 

Well you cant go wrong with the Tanabe, like I said I love mine to death but I really dont know if it is worth the $400 when you already have a good exhaust

 

only problem with TRD can is with header you have to work hard to find resonators that make it sound well......other cans like HKS and gReddy work better with header and resonators.AS for power differance you will not see much of anything between cans except your bank account going lower from buying new can.....
