WOT box cuts ignition for a preset amount of time to ease WOT shifting. it basically takes the load off the drivetrain just before you shift.

sounds like an awesome idea for turbo automatics. Also holding boost through a shift sounds benficial as well. I'd bet money that the cutout in the ignition has less of a delay then your foot+dbw.

wotbox is like flat shifting.. staying at WOT even when shifting.. it has its use, especially when you're turbocharged it keeps you on your peakboost even when shifting

^yeah that, turbo cars will see a large benefit from this unit. ive seen people pick up over .5 sec in the 1/4 will units like this. it also can allow you to set up a launch control which is good because it will help you achieve better launches and more consistent times.

also this is not applicable for a auto

poop that it won't work on the auto. Allowing the trans to ease into the gear would seemingly allow auto guys to run more
Power safely.

it might work with auto but you would have to find someone that makes them.. so far, dont know any.. you would need to tap your clutch line when installing it, autos dont have.. i think the way to do it on the auto is alter signals in the ecu

If you dont drag race, its a waste of money

BUt if you do drag race, its the best thing ever.

My fastest 1/8 mile was 9.250 pre-Wot box, and after the Wot box I got 8.965.

Not bad at all if you ask me
