Default ZPI Cat Back or Precision Muff. Cat Back

Alright Drivetrain & Power people,

I've been debating between the above two exhaust set ups for my car. I am currently boosted so I desperatly need to upgrade my stock mid pipe. Here is where my head is at with the two:

ZPI Cat Back:
-2.5 Inch piping
-Made by a company that has a good rep for quality
-Proven performance
-Might be on the loud side
-Angled look-kinda don't want that

PM-
-2.25 piping--will a 1/4 inch make that much of a difference
-High quality
-Proven performance
-Quieter than ZPI
-OEM look

Please chim in if you own either or if you just want to put in your .02

Thanks,
Jrod

ZPI = ticket magnet in California. You don't want to draw attention to yourself with a turbo kit. Have PM custom fab a 2.5" axel-back for you.

Thats sounds good, just depending on price I would guess jarod. im scared about my dezod exhaust with the turbo attracting attention.

You should be fine with the Dezod exhaust (assuming it's under 95 dBA). The biggest issue is slanted canister-type exhausts draw a lot of unwanted attention from cops (thanks to Honda drivers), so they automatically assume you've got illegal mods and will find a reason to pull you over.

Well if thats the case, i've got the HKS Hi Power right now, which is slanted. I just want the OEM look with the performance of a better flowing muffler/piping. I think I will just get the PM. Wonder what they would charge for 2.5 piping?
